What the site had to do
The whole decision comes down to one question — which vehicle — so the site puts a "choose your ride" selector with seat counts at the centre of the page and routes straight from it into an online booking form.
Add-ons and terms are published rather than negotiated on a call, which shortens the booking and cuts the questions that used to arrive by phone. Round-the-clock availability is stated up front because for airport runs that is the deciding factor.
