Renovation buyers shortlist visually and almost nothing else moves them at that stage, so the portfolio is the centre of the site and the services list sits behind it rather than in front.
An FAQ section handles the questions that otherwise consume the entire first call — scope, process, timelines, and what "quality renovation work" actually covers. Answering those in public shortens the sales cycle and filters out enquiries that were never going to convert.
