The Project
A robust private logistics portal developed to bridge the gap between complex group travel needs and reliable point-to-point transportation. By combining a transparent, tiered pricing interface with a mobile-optimized ‘Real-Time Booking’ experience, the site delivers a ‘peace-of-mind’ journey for handling high-capacity passenger transport, airport transfers, and bulky item logistics.
The Challenge
The client required a platform capable of managing high-volume booking inquiries 24/7, particularly for tourists and large groups, while maintaining a secure, intuitive user experience that builds absolute trust regarding vehicle safety, driver certification (BDVL/BAVL), and punctual airport transfers.
Our Solution
We built a premium transportation service portal with an integrated ‘Vehicle Selection’ engine and a mobile-first WhatsApp booking system, allowing clients to secure tailored rides—from 6-seater luxury Vellfires to 13-seater minibuses—through a seamless, high-performance interface.

Performed a deep dive into the Singaporean private hire and tourism market, analyzing competitor maxicab portals to design a frictionless user journey that simplifies complex transit paths—from identifying the correct vehicle capacity for luggage to the final implementation of multi-day tour itineraries and cross-border Malaysia trips.
Wireframing & Prototyping
Developed comprehensive wireframes for a structured fleet-discovery portal. Conducted iterative usability testing to streamline the 'Selection-to-Booking' journey, ensuring users could easily navigate between local transfers, airport meet-and-greet services, and specialized add-ons like child seats and midnight surcharges across all devices.
Visual Design & Branding
Designed a professional digital identity that balances travel luxury with operational reliability. By utilizing a clean, high-contrast layout and high-quality vehicle photography, I showcased the brand’s commitment to "hospitality and safety," making the process of booking large-capacity transport feel approachable, transparent, and high-end.
Development & Integration
Developed a premium service portal using a Custom PHP backend designed to handle specific passenger-capacity and surcharge logic. I implemented secure lead-capture logic via an automated WhatsApp booking engine and a tailored CMS that allows the team to manage fleet availability, pricing tiers, and flight-monitoring notifications through a unified, high-performance interface.
