A comprehensive pediatric healthcare platform developed to bridge the gap between clinical dentistry and child-friendly medical experiences. By combining a transparent service-discovery interface with a mobile-optimized ‘First Visit’ guide, the site delivers a ‘peace-of-mind’ journey for parents seeking specialized, gentle dental care for newborns, toddlers, and teens.
The Challenge
The client required a platform capable of managing high-volume appointment inquiries while maintaining a warm, playful user experience that builds immediate trust with parents and alleviates dental anxiety for children, including those with special needs.

Performed a deep dive into the Singaporean pediatric dental market, analyzing competitor family-clinic portals to design a frictionless user journey that simplifies complex dental paths—from the first infant checkup to the implementation of interceptive orthodontics and emergency dental care.
Wireframing & Prototyping
Developed comprehensive wireframes for a structured pediatric portal. Conducted iterative usability testing to streamline the 'Discovery-to-Appointment' journey, ensuring users could easily navigate between specialized service modules, FAQ sections, and the gallery of the clinic’s child-friendly environment across all devices.
Visual Design & Branding
Designed a professional digital identity that balances clinical expertise with a nurturing, maternal tone. By utilizing a clean, grid-based layout and high-quality photography of happy, comfortable children, I showcased the brand’s "Caring for every child" philosophy, making a visit to the dentist feel like a positive, stress-free experience.
Development & Integration
Developed a premium medical portal using a Custom PHP backend designed to handle specific pediatric service logic. I implemented secure lead-capture logic via a WhatsApp-integrated booking system and a tailored CMS that allows the team to manage dental team profiles, clinical gallery updates, and educational content through a unified, high-performance interface.
