A robust industrial e-commerce portal developed to bridge the gap between commercial storage challenges and high-efficiency warehouse solutions. By combining a transparent product-catalog system with a mobile-optimized service dashboard, the site delivers a ‘peace-of-mind’ journey for managing high-value storage assets—ranging from residential boltless racks to heavy-duty industrial systems.

The client required a platform capable of managing high-volume service inquiries and technical product configurations during peak logistics cycles, while maintaining a secure, intuitive user experience that builds absolute trust with SMEs and multinational corporations regarding structural durability and anti-rust standards.

Performed a deep dive into the Singaporean industrial storage and warehouse market, analyzing competitor racking portals to design a frictionless user journey that simplifies complex procurement paths—from initial space measurement and load-capacity assessment to the final implementation of bespoke boltless systems.
Wireframing & Prototyping
Developed comprehensive wireframes for a structured industrial product portal. Conducted iterative usability testing to streamline the 'Discovery-to-Installation' journey, ensuring users could easily navigate between Full Metal, PVC Laminated, and Heavy-Duty product lines, as well as the free consultation and installation service modules.
Visual Design & Branding
Designed a professional digital identity that balances industrial strength with modern efficiency. By utilizing a clean, grid-based layout and high-quality imagery of modular racking installations, I showcased the brand’s commitment to quality (Epoxy Powder Coating) and reliability, making complex industrial equipment feel approachable and accessible.
Development & Integration
Developed a premium e-commerce portal using a Custom PHP backend designed to handle specific product-selection logic. I implemented secure lead-capture logic for custom space consultations and a tailored CMS that allows the team to manage pricing tiers, technical FAQs, and transformation galleries through a unified, high-performance interface.
