Performed a deep dive into the Singaporean sustainable packaging and F&B supply market, analyzing competitor industrial portals to design a frictionless user journey that simplifies complex procurement paths—from initial material selection (biodegradable vs. recyclable) to the final implementation of custom-branded packaging designs.
Wireframing & Prototyping
Developed comprehensive wireframes for a structured industrial product portal. Conducted iterative usability testing to streamline the 'Selection-to-Production' journey, ensuring users could easily navigate between diverse categories like food bowls, industrial transit packaging, and specialized closure features across all devices.
Visual Design & Branding
Designed a professional digital identity that balances manufacturing authority with a commitment to environmental conservation. By utilizing a clean, grid-based layout and high-quality product photography, I showcased the brand’s "Total Sustainable Solutions" philosophy, making high-volume industrial procurement feel approachable, organized, and eco-conscious.
Development & Integration
Developed a premium industrial portal using a Custom PHP backend designed to handle specific B2B inquiry logic. I implemented secure lead-capture logic via a custom WhatsApp and Newsletter integration and a tailored CMS that allows the team to manage a wide range of product specs and sustainable material highlights through a unified, high-performance interface.
